This installment of Women at the Mecca features two powerful models on campus. They are both apart of the organization Models of The Mecca. I encouraged a monochromatic cholor scheme based on both of their hair colors and they both executed it beautifully!
This photoshoot is taking a little bit of a different approach to my normal style. I was inspired by Petra Collins’ style, specifically in the Fetish by Selena Gomez music video for this shoot along with Jerry Maestas’ and overall a vintage/90s inspired look. Below you can see my moodboard I used to inspire this shoot.
This is the first photoshoot in Women of The Mecca and as I continue further there will be more to accompany it.

FAQ
How long will it take to receive my images?
I estimate approximately 4-6 weeks for weddings and engagements but about 2-4 weeks for any other portraits. I send out a few images as samples after one week to tie you over!
Can I have my raw/unedited images?
No! I’m sorry but it makes it easier for me to send the high quality, edited images as it eliminates any images taken with blinking eyes or uneven lighting.
How will I receive my images?
All images will be given to you on a flash drive but your sneak peeks will be sent on a google photos album only accessed by me and you.
Can I post these images?
Yes, of course! Just make sure you do not edit them in any way and make sure to tag me @Goodallphotos!
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you the most comfortable! Muted, pastel and dark colors photograph the best along with neutrals and small patterns. However, I want your style to show in your images because they’re for you!
How do you describe your style?
Natural light photographer with a light but slightly moody style focused heavily on eyes and warm tones.
I’m a student photographer but I have over 9 years of photographic experience and I took photography classes throughout high school for 4 years and classes over the summer for 5 years. I am a Scholastic Gold and Silver Key recipient, have been a finalist in multiple competions and I have been noted by Voyage Houston as a reputable and up and coming artist in Houston, Texas.
I’ve noticed one of the hardest things about organizing a shoot is finding a good location to shoot in. Here is a list of some of my favorite portrait locations to shoot at. Click the link to see the full image set!
I recently had the amazing opportunity of traveling to Greece with some of my friends. Let me just say I was blown away by the incredible landscapes and architecture. I hope you enjoy these images!
I haven’t been active in the past few months because I have had a TON of life change. I graduated high school, moved to DC and have started college. I am now able to shoot in both Houston and the DMV area. I will shoot in Houston only for the months of December and January upon special request. The rest of the year I will be located in the DMV area.
I’ve posted some 2 portfolios of the work I’ve done in the past year if you guys want to go check those out.
Thank you for sticking by in my moments of absence but I will be uploading more regularly as I familiarize myself with my new area.
Thanks again!

I finally got my film developed, scanned and edited! It was a little weird to not be able to see my shot instantly since I haven’t shot on film for over 2 years. I really love how the film gives the images such a unique color tone that I don’t even know how I would achieve digitally. However, some of my film came out a bit messed up but I think it’s part of the learning curve. I’m excited to hopefully shoot some more rolls soon!
